Schedule: Full Time, Mornings, Evenings and Weekends.
Salary from $40,000 to 44,000 Plus Tips

Big League Food Company is hiring for a Full- Time Store Manager to join our Village Juicery Retail Store located at Oakville. If you are a proactive individual with experience in sales and customer service we invite you to be part of our team.
 
Responsibilities
  • Establishing a genuine and respectful connection with every customer 
  • Personally deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that all staff members understand the importance of customer service
  • Fueling customers with delicious juice samples and knowledge 
  • Collaborating with management to achieve sales and store goals
  • Daily upkeep of store cleanliness, processing payments, and opening and closing procedures
  • Act as cafe owner by troubleshooting issues, filling-in on the floor and supporting when  issues arise as necessary
  • Engage with the local community and act as an ambassador with a focus on building positive relationships and enhancing the village brand

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • 2-3 years of experience in cafes or quick service restaurants directly serving customers and leading teams 
  • Good to have smart serve certification
  • Experience managing inventory and balancing quality and cost effectively
  • Strong FOH experience with a proven ability to excel in customer service and hospitality
  • Highly accountable and well-organized, with an ability to oversee a team of staff and prioritize multiple projects effectively
  • An insatiable curiosity and willingness to learn, anchored in a constant pursuit of personal development
  • Collaborative and innovative consensus builder that solicits 360-degree feedback and can inspire and influence staff, consumers and other stakeholders
  • A positive ambassador with strong communication skills and a genuine kindness.

Pay and Schedule
  • Expected hours: 40-44 hours per week onsite at our Oakville location.
  • Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to the location before the starting
  • Salary up-to $44,000 depending on experience. 
  • This position also participates in gratuities provided by customers, according to our tip allocation policy, as well as variable compensation related to the top line success.

Compensation
